Refund policy

We understand that sometimes you need to return an item, and we want to make the refund process as seamless as possible. Here’s how our refund policy works:

  • The item must be returned within the specified time frame (14 days for online orders, 7 days for in-store purchases).
  • The item must be in new, unworn, and unwashed condition with all original tags attached.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

2. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email about the status of your refund. If the refund is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment.
  • Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your payment method and bank processing times.

3. Partial Refunds

In some cases, such as when items are returned with visible damage or signs of wear, we may issue a partial refund. This will be determined upon receipt and inspection of the item.
