At Eve Marie’s Boutique, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, if you need to return an item, please review our return guidelines:

  • Items must be returned in their original, unworn, and unwashed condition.
  • All original tags must be attached.
  • Returns for online orders must be initiated within 14 days of receiving the order.
  • Returns for in-store purchases must be initiated within 7 days of the purchase date.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable, including but not limited to:

  • Sale or clearance items.
  • Intimate apparel or personal hygiene items.
  • Items damaged or altered by the customer.
  • Gift cards or store credit.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Online Orders:

    • We will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization if necessary.
    • Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the product was defective or we made an error.
  • In-Store Purchases:
    • Bring your item, receipt, and identification to the store within 7 days of purchase.
    • Our staff will assist you with the return or exchange.

4. Condition of Returned Items

Returned items must be in new, unused condition. Items that are damaged, worn, or altered will not be accepted for return. We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions.

5. Exchange Options

If you would prefer to exchange an item rather than receive a refund, please contact us within the return period to discuss available options. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
