Eve Marie’s is a locally owned and family operated women's boutique with two locations in Hattiesburg and Sumrall, MS.
We are looking for a passionate, goal focused team members at all our locations to really solidify our existing staff.
An excellent candidate is a self-starter who loves people and engaging with others! We absolutely love teaching more about fashion and styling, but a love for assiting and getting to know new people is a must!
Job Description:

The success of our candidate is mindful of fashions and trends offered in the boutique and is considered an ambassador of Eve Marie’s brand. You are motivated to empower every person who walks into our boutique to be themselves. You assist with guest needs, offer product knowledge and merchandise, handle cash/credit/debit transactions, and maintain a neat and visually inspiring boutique environment. Associates must be able to work a flexible schedule according to the needs of the business, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Qualifications:
- Ability to effectively maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom, repetitive bending, prolonged standing, twisting, stooping, squatting, and climbing up step ladders.
- Understand and deliver our guest engagement expectations on the selling floor, in the fitting room, and at the checkout.
- Must be able to work independently.
- Identify and prioritize needs of customers.
- Greet every customer as they walk in with a positive and warm welcome.
- Suggest, Sell and Style Customers.
- Be kind, appropriate, upbeat, and positive.
- Keep Back Stock completely organized and in order every day during downtime.
- Clear out fitting rooms as soon as customers are finished.
- Muti-task while still making customers the priority.
- Complete opening and closing procedures as applicable.
- Update mannequins, racks, tables, and window mannequins as needed.
- Keep all items folded nicely and in size order.
- Ensure complete size runs are represented.
- Be knowledgeable of vendors and items the store carries.
- Keep entire store, shelves, stoppers, and floor clean.
- Model, photograph and utilize social media platforms.
- Be a team player.
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 35 pounds.

- You assist with guest needs, offer product knowledge and merchandise, handle cash/credit/debit transactions, and maintain a neat and visually inspiring environment.
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule according to the needs of the business, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Partner with the leadership Team to execute company direction.
- Contribute to a positive and fun professional work environment as a team member.

- Help to maintain a visually inspiring store presenting our amazing style and fashion.
- Actively stock, replenish, fold, hang, display, and merchandise inventory.
- Embrace product knowledge, campaign promotions, and merchandising standards.
- Follow all company policies and procedures.
- Ensure the selling floor, checkout area, fitting rooms, and stockroom are clean and well maintained.
- Protect the physical assets of the boutique by participating in weekly audits, routine cycle counts, and an annual physical inventory.
